What Techniques We Can Provide To Clients?

What techniques we can provide to clients?

Lanlin Printech can provide several techniques to help customer decorating metallic, glass, plastic and other material articles. We can discuss many possibilities and designs with you. Feel free to contact us without obligation.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is the most widely used decoration technique. With this technique, the article is loaded into the machine, after which air drying ink, UV ink, or ceramic ink is directly printed on to the substrate via a screen and a blade. After the print is applied to the part, it goes through a drying device which results in a complete fusion between the ink and the article. Screen printing allows up to six different colours per printing image.

HOT STAMPING

Normally we do hot stamping for metallic colours. We use a hot stamping machine via a heat silicone roller or plate to make a metallic printing on glass or plastic parts. The stamping quality depending on stamping pressure, silicone roller temperature, and metallic foil quality.

HEAT TRANSFER

For printing small editions, very complicated decorations or for full colour decorations that consist of more than six different colours, transfer printing with a film is the ideal technique. The artwork on the film are printed with UV ink in advance. It transfers artwork onto substrate directly from film via a heat silicone roller or plate. Transfer printing is used in the following situations.

√ Small editions with multiple colours

√ Very complicated decorations

√ Full colour decorations with more than eight colours

√ Decorating round articles with a handle or ear

√ Very large articles, for example three litre bottles and glasses

PAD PRINTING

Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise difficult to print on products in many industries including medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, and electronic objects, as well as appliances, sports equipment and toys. It can also be used to deposit functional materials such as conductive inks, adhesives, dyes and lubricants.
